DELIVERY
We at cochinechine.com will make every effort to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
All UK orders are shipped via DHL with a minimum delivery charge of £10.00 per UK delivery address and £25 for overseas orders. Overseas orders are shipped by DHL for a secure delivery. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please contact us and we will email you a tracking number which can be used on the DHL website - www.dhl.com.
Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they may apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Please be aware that this may delay the delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
Please order from cochinechine.com with enough lead-time to prevent any disappointment resulting from the delivery time as cochinechine.com cannot be responsible for this.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
If your order is not delivered within the time specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
As cochinechine.com online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend. As a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
At Cochinechine, customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and therefore we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange in compliance with our policy.
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date.
Within 48 hours of receiving an item, you must obtain a return authorisation reference number by e-mailing us at shop@cochinechine.com. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel and write your return authorisation reference number on your original receipt. Any items that are not accompanied by the returns number will not be accepted. Any returns received after the 14 days are accepted at the sole discretion of Cochinechine and will only be refunded with a credit note that can be used both online and in-store.
For ease, as well as cheaper, more competitive rates, please contact us to provide you with a DHL return account number. The return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Cochinechine will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability; if you wish to purchase a different item you must place this as a new order.
Jewellery purchased online through our website will need to be shipped back to us for return or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the item. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings. In addition, lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be aware that footwear must be returned in their original designer box and dust bags. Footwear returned without their original boxes and or dust bags will not be accepted.
It is essential that, in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in its original packaging. Cochinechine has the right to deny any item if it does not meet the return policy requirements. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser.
Any refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and postal costs. As we are not responsible for any returned goods lost or damaged in transit, we would advise you to return items by registered post/DHL. Please note that the postal costs for returned goods are the customers’ responsibility, and will only be reimbursed if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
For international returns, please note clearly on any export documentation and on the address label that the goods enclosed are returned goods. This will ensure we are not charged any further duty or taxes on receiving the goods back into the UK. If this procedure is not followed, this cost may be passed onto the customer at the company's discretion.
The customer's statutory rights are unaffected.
For sale items, the return procedure remains the same, except goods must be returned to us within 7 days of the issue of your return authorisation reference number.
In the event that cochinecine.com runs a free shipping promotion, you should contact us for our DHL return account number.
